On Sleep

I'm not someone who prioritizes sleep. In fact, I'm kind of ashamed to admit that I take a certain pride in being someone who can function on less than six hours of sleep, always choosing to stay up late working or wake up early to work out. We're just wrapping up our trip in Bali and I've noticed something since I've been sleeping 8+ hours per night. My eyes are brighter, my fine lines more smooth, and my mind more at ease. I know part of this is because it's hard to not be relaxed (and looking it) while in vacation in Bali, but I've vowed to prioritize sleep more at home and see how it affects things. Stay tuned.
