Daily Overview

2/23/2017

Over Thanksgiving, Ian and I were in a bookstore in Mendocino and he was flipping through the Daily Overview book. I made a mental note and got him the book for Christmas. Little did I know I would become mesmerized with the photos myself. Follow on Instagram for daily photo inspiration that will really change your perspective of the world.

1. Ipanema Beach in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The sand is divided into segments by lifeguard towers known as postos.
2. Plaza Del Ejecutivo in the Venustiano Carranza district of Mexico City, Mexico.
3. The Southern California Logistics Airport in Victorville, California. Ian and I have actually driven by this and it's wild to see the airport boneyard in person.
4. The Port of Hamburg, known as Germany's "Gateway to the World," located on the Elbe River in Hamburg. 132.3 million tonnes of cargo move through here yearly (that's around 1/3 of the mass of all living human beings!).
