Weekend Reading

Ah, sweet Saturday. I'm bummed we're not doing Outside Lands this year, mainly because of LCD Soundsystem and Radiohead, but am secretly excited about checking a lot of my to do list and watching a lot of Netflix before we leave for Italy on Wednesday. Today I'm basically running a lot of errands getting a haircut, and tomorrow we have friends coming over for dinner.

Did you watch the Opening Ceremony from the Rio Olympics last night? Vogue broke out some highlights in case you missed it.

This Solid & Striped gingham bikini just arrived in the mail and I can't wait to wear it by the pool in Italy.

Five nutrients you're likely deficient in and how to get more.

In not so surprising news: a sense of appreciation is the biggest motivator at work.

What do you think of Instagram Stories? I've been having some fun with it, and found this New Yorker article interesting. Oh Joy also did a good breakdown comparing Instagram Stories to Snapchat.

And in my last work-related link, after majorly putting his foot in his mouth and saying "women lack vertical ambition," Saatchi & Saatchi chairman Kevin Roberts was forced to resign.

Made me laugh.

I'd love this soothing print from Minted for our apartment.

And in case you missed it: my end of summer wish list.
