Gift Guide 2015: Cooks

Today's gift guide is for the chef on your list, whether it's by trade, because they're always trying to replicate their favorite restaurant dishes at home, or they are trying to cook at home more.

1. Laguiole Serving Set We have a few sets of Laguioli knives and they are worth the splurge. This serving set is beautiful but functional.
2. Rae Dunn Cheese Paddle Board I honestly think you can never have too many cheese plates.
3. Jacobsen Salt Co. Italian White Truffle Salt Fancy salt makes the perfect stocking stuffer (and makes everything taste better).
4. A History of Food in 100 Recipes For the food and history buff: a book that tells how 100 recipes came to be, from ancient Egyptian bread to more modern recipes.
5. The I Hate Kale Cookbook This made me laugh. But seriously, it's a book with recipes that make kale taste as good at home as it does when you buy a $15 salad at a restaurant.
6. Tastes Inside Chefs' Fridges Book I love reading insider guides. The cook on your list would find this fascinating.
