5 Home Decor Items For This Fall

10/02/2014

I'm still getting used to the idea that it is October. It's fall. My favorite season of the year, yet here in Southern California, we're still wearing flip flops and ordering iced coffees instead of hot ones. But, I am embracing whatever small snippets of fall I can find around here: The pumpkins displayed at Trader Joe's, one yellow-orange leaf that fell to the ground...and some pretty home decor things that I've been eying around the interwebs.

Ever since we got this sweet little gold rhino at Lulu & Georgia, I've been staring at him. Isn't he adorable? He would look sweet on a stack of books. And I love this round Pintuck Pillow from Urban Outfitters. I have the yellow one on our bed, but this burnt orange color is so warmly fall. A simple, soft, cozy throw is the perfect way to snuggle up on the couch when maybe it does finally start getting chilly. This vase from Zara would look especially stylish with a cluster of dried flowers, and finally, perhaps my favorite is this stunning painting that I seriously can't stop staring at. It would make a lovely addition to a gallery wall, or simply on it's own. What about you guys? What are you hoping to add to your home this autumn?
