How was your week? I feel like four-day weeks after long weekends usually drag on, but this week was a super productive one and I have been counting down the days for today because my parents are visiting us in San Francisco this weekend! We're planning to do lots of eating and wandering around. Tonight we're getting Little Star for dinner and tomorrow we're going big at The Slanted Door. We'll take them to one of the famous coffee places Saturday morning and for drinks at the Fairmont's Tonga Room (my family loves mai tais), and we're ending the weekend with brunch at Park Tavern. Really excited to have two of my favorite humans in town. What are your weekend plans?
P.S. I snapped this photo in Ferme à Papier, a well-curated paper-meets-clothing store in Russian Hill. See more about it here.
Rest in peace Joan Rivers.
We're all busy, but here's why it's important to take breaks.
