Wedding Ceremony

6/24/2014

Since it's wedding season, I thought I'd share a few more photos of my wedding (which was over six months ago!). Last time, I showed a sneak peak of getting ready (see those photos here), so this time I thought I would share a few from our ceremony. It took place at the lawn at Mission Ranch in Carmel, with the ocean and sheep as a backdrop. Seriously. Ian and I were busy saying our vows (and trying to get his ring on, but that's another story) while our guests apparently spotted whales spouting in the background! From the long walk to the ceremony spot with my dad to listening to each of my twin brothers do a reading (Craig read "A Marriage" by Mark Twain and Steve read "The Most Alive Moment" by Rumi) to my first kiss with my now-husband, it was a pretty magical time.

I love Carmel and my husband and I make the short drive up there as often as we can. Looks like a gorgeous venue!
