Water. Still Does a Body Good.

Do you ever get annoyed by drinking water? Not gonna lie, I'd rather grab my iced tea (or diet coke...terrible). But water makes me feel a million times better and it's really good for your skin. Problem it can be so...boring. I have this new trick. I fill a glass, add ice and a splash (only a splash) of sparkling water and a wedge of lime. A full glass of Pellegrino is too bubbly for me, but a little splash in your glass of still water gives it the tiniest of fizzes, perfect to jazz it up. How do you take your water?

Water can be boring but it's still so good for you. I sub barley tea for water. It has antioxidants and is caffeine free. I like a splash of Pellegrino sometimes too :)

I drink La Croix coconut all day long...I get bored of water so this is a good change up!

I love adding lemon to water. I had to admit that I'm guilty of drinking Diet Coke more than I should.

I have a little red BKR that I absolutely adore–it's darling, and it reminds me to keep filling it up. But I am a sucker for a glass of Perrier with lime.

I keep a pitcher of water in the fridge with either lemon slices or cucumber slices to give it a little boost. But I often cave & reach for the soda instead . . .
