20 Questions

1. What brings you the greatest joy? My husband and my children.

2. What are your vices? Chocolate ice cream, french fries and red wine.

3. What is on your nightstand? My kindle and a photo of my daughter when she was seven months old. (Clearly I need to update).

4. Do you have a secret talent? My daughter says I make the best peanut butter and jelly sandwich ever. So there.

5. What is your greatest indulgence? A daily shower. (No really).

6. What should every woman try at least once in her life? Building something with wood, a hammer and nails.

7. What makes you laugh? Matt when he talks in his sleep.

8. What is the one thing people would be surprised to know about you? I have a fairly intense and unfounded fear of plane crashes.

9. What is on your bucket list? Africa.

10. What is on your feet right now? One fuzzy striped sock and one fuzzy white sock.

11. How did you make your first dollar? Babysitting.

12. What superstition do you believe in? I always knock on wood.

13. What items in your closet do you wear the most? Tee shirts and yoga pants.

14. What is the best gift you've ever received? My kids.

15. What is on your liquor shelf? Sambuca, Gin, Tequila and Margarita Mix (It's mostly Matt's).

16. What is on your kitchen counter? Dirty dishes from this morning.

17. What would you never leave home without? Clothes. And my phone.

18. What movie has the greatest ending? The Princess Bride.

19. Who is on your guest list for your ideal dinner party? Barack + Michelle Obama, Neil DeGrasse Tyson, Anna Wintour, Tina Fey and Jon Stewart.

20. What is the one thing you wish you had known when you were younger? Contrary to what you believe, your parents are usually right.

i can't leave home without clothes either. in fact i am pretty sure that's what my nightmares are made of - me walking around and realizing i forgot to put clothes on. like i'd ever do that. ps i like your socks. xo
