Honeymooners: Rome

Morning in Rome.
We had to stop by Trevi Fountain.
Street art in the oldest neighborhood in Rome.
Our final dinner on our Italian honeymoon was one of our best. I'd recommend Maccheroni to anyone.
Mailing some post cards from within Vatican city.
Inside St. Peter's Basilica. Worth the wait to get inside.
Our hotel, De La Ville Roma, was at the top of the Spanish Steps.
Fun fact: Ian named his childhood dog Maximus after The Gladiator
Our final Italian sunset.
I've shared snapshots from Venice, Radda, Positano, and Capri, and have loved reliving our Italian honeymoon as I describe it to you readers. So here are some photos from our final stop in Italy: Rome.

such beautiful photos! what did you think of rome? of all the places i have been in italy it was probably my least favorite...but i also feel like we spent too much time seeing the sites and not enough time eating delicious food {both of the restaurants our hotel recommended were kind of bleh} and just exploring. for me, it was one of those places that i am glad i visited but probably wouldn't make an effort to go back.
