Honeymooners: Positano

More magical in person than I ever imagined.
The entrance to our hotel, Pulazzo Murat, which was our favorite honeymoon hotel.
Enjoying some prosecco and the view.
One of my favorite purchases from Capricorn Boutique (Alexa has it too, in a different color, and wore it to my wedding!).
Cocktails at Le Sirenuse.
Sunset from our room.
Pretty candles outside our favorite dinner spot, Max's, which doubles as a restaurant and art gallery.
We stumbled upon a wedding and I had to snap a photo.
Walking to a secret lunch spot,  Il Pupetto. We had calamari and white wine. One of the best lunches of my life.

When people ask us what the highlight was from our honeymoon, Ian and I both answer "Positano" in unison. It's truly one of those places that doesn't seem real, even when you're there. This season is a little stressful for me, so I decided to escape by browsing through our photos and thought you might want to do the same.

See more photos after the jump. And see photos from Venice and Radda. Next up: Capri and Rome.

I could stroll these streets for hours, stopping for gelato and maybe some handmade sandals.
Ready for another amazing dinner.
Another night, another Negroni. This time at our hotel bar.
There were fireworks on our final night in Positano!

Seafood risotto at Cafe Positano.
Late night stroll wearing Stone Cold Fox.

This is also one of my favorite spots. We stayed at San Pietro's which is a few minutes away from the town but has an amazing restaurant and the hotel is spectacular. I loved La Sirenuse as well. Heaven. What a perfect honeymoon you had....the food, the wine, the views...all so magical right? Looking forward to more

Oh. Oh! We're headed to Italy and the Amfali Coast this summer, and these pictures make me even more excited. I can't wait! I'll have to pick your brain and refer back to this post lots and lots! XO

oh my gosh these photos gave me the goosebumps. totally agree with you that positano was one of the most marvelous places i have ever been...i kept having to pinch myself when i was there, it literally felt too beautiful to be real {the only other place i have really felt like that was in lucerne, switzerland}. LOVED la sirenuse and had dinner at your hotel's restaurant which was absolutely perfect :)
