Greek Yogurt Popsicles

9/17/2013

We had a pretty intense heat wave in San Diego a couple of weeks ago. Naturally I craved ice cream and popsicles the entire time. Luckily there is such a thing called Pinterest and I found a recipe for greek yogurt popsicles that are super easy to make. Mila and I had fun making them together and they are oh so delicious! The recipe is below!

Ingredients:
10 oz Honey Greek yogurt (I used the Trader Joe's brand)
Eight strawberries cut into small chunks*
One nectarine cut into small chunks*

Mix the yogurt and berries in a bowl and then fill your popcisle molds and freeze overnight. Make sure you freeze them long enough, I tried them at three hours and the yogurt wasn't solid enough. And...enjoy!
*You can use whatever fruit you like!
P.S. My popsicle molds are from Crate and Barrel

Mila approves!

Whoa this looks so good. I kind of am sorry about your heat wave but I'm also not as we are in a constant heat wave in Dallas and y'all have the best weather..most of the time. Why did I move again?? Anyway, GREAT pics, I hope you paid the model tons of $$ :) xo

Alexa, I just squealed so loudly at this post and I feel silly because it's just popsicles, but it's never JUST popsicles! These look incredible. My mom made pops for me every summer growing up, and I really miss them now! I might snag that C&B mold for myself.
Ps. I love your little lady's curly hair! xo
