Seriously the Best Mac n Cheese
You guys I whipped up the best Mac n Cheese ever last night. Matt attested to it, so obviously it's true. It's one of my very favorite comfort foods, I mean honestly what's better than cheesy pasta?

The Best Mac N Cheese - No Really
1 cup pasta (I used penne rigate, but it really doesn't matter)
2 turkey sausages, casings removed
3 green onions, chopped
1 1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of grated sharp cheddar cheese + 1/2 cup of smoked gouda cheese
3 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of flour
A sprinkle of paprika
Cook pasta until tender.
While pasta is cooking melt the butter in a double boiler over medium heat and add the flour so that it creates a thick paste. Gradually add in milk and then add cheese and stir until the sauce thickens.
Saute sausage until fully cooked. Combine all ingredients in a pan (including the chopped onions) and sprinkle with paprika. Cook at 350 for half an hour and viola! Deliciousness is served.
