Cornflakes + Grapefruit

Do you guys have a favorite breakfast? I guess mine would be pancakes, but since I can't have that everyday, this serves as a good substitute. Cornflakes + strawberries and a side of grapefruit. I don't always put sugar on my grapefruit...but a little sprinkle of raw sugar tastes pretty darn good from time to time. :) I'd love to hear your morning meal suggestions!

i pretty much have a smoothie every morning - banana, pineapple and blueberry with coconut milk.

I like a sunny side up egg on a honey wheat english muffin! So yummy! Hmm...I can't remember the last time I had a grapefruit! I have to pick some up soon!!

Croissants are my absolute favorite breakfast but I usually go with cereal & strawberries.

This looks delish- I am a traditional eggs, bacon, toast and hashbrowns kinda girl... but only on the weekends for a special treat!

This sounds delicious! On a usual workday it's vanilla yogurt and granola for me, but I love squeezing in a few minutes to scramble an egg, throw it in a warm tortilla and top it with avocado!

Yum! I love anything w/ grapefruit :) My favorite breakfast these days is half oat bran, half thick cut rolled oats - I cook it with a little coconut oil, almond milk, blueberries and bananas. Sometimes cinnamon, too. Mmm...it is so easy, fast & delicious! You can add sweetener if you wish, but if you use a ripe enough banana it is usually perfectly sweet :) XO Brynn

I love breakfast so much. I could eat it three times a day, every day. .. forever. I love oatmeal and grits but usually I go for the unhealthy stuff like pancakes and eggs benedict!

I normally go for Power Crunch low sugar protein bars and coffee. If I take the time then an egg scramble wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla. Easy and portable is the way for me in the mornings.

We have a rotation that strangely doesn't get old: over easy egg on rosemary olive oil toast // fresh-pressed veg juice // oatmeal with coconut chips, flax, and dried cherries // almond milk, spinach, berry smoothie.

I don't really eat breakfast - as my body doesn't like eating first thing in the morning. However, fruit and yogurt or crepes with fruit are always favourites.
