Thank you sweet friends for your birthday wishes (and my lovely co-blogger for her amazing post that she put together). I can't believe that I'm 32. The secret is out. Okay, it wasn't really a secret. The thirties actually don't trouble me as much as the next decade on the horizon, although I'm sure when I get there, I'll be panicking about the one after that...and so on. Getting older is a funny thing. It's humbling, scary and kind of wonderful. I think that's because with each year of life we are blessed with new adventures, new surprises, some setbacks, maybe some heartaches, but in the end what it means is that we're going forward. We're living, experiencing and embracing our time on Earth. One day this adventure will come to end and a new one will begin. But for right now, it's cold and rainy, the wind is blowing and I'm sitting with a warm cup of English Breakfast tea thinking "32 will be rad."

i'm 32 and 32 is "rad" - i swear my 30's have been the BEST .. don't get me wrong i wouldn't mind doing the 20's again - but 30's are just as good if not better - ENJOY!
