In the Beginning.

1/02/2013

Hello sweet readers! It has been a while since I've "seen" your faces! It's good to be back to blogging and starting off fresh in a brand new year. I always feel extremely productive in the first few weeks of January: cleaning up the house, organizing finances, creating dinner schedules, planning a workout routine...and then around the time of the 25th I realize that I am at heart rather disorganized, and as some might say: the anti-planner. And I hem and haw about it for a while, until I reconcile with the fact that this is who I am. I've survived 32 years of it so far, plus I'm married to Matt, who creates dozens of lists of things to do, talk about and think about. I figure he's pretty good at organizing, so why not sit back, relax and have another glass of wine? ;)

What are on some of your goal lists for 2013? Or do you have someone else in your life helping you plan?

I've kept things really simple this year. My first goal is to finish the Boston Marathon, and my second is to raise as much money as I can for Dana-Farber :) Cheers to an amazing 2013 full of lots of wine!

I go in spurts. At times I'm the queen of organization but then there are times where I look around and it seems everything is in shambles.
My goal this year is to stay organized!

Lovely paper to write out all your lists. I'm always to writing out notes and I need lots of little notebooks.

I'm trying to get organized desperately! My boyfriend is even more disorganized than me, so I'm stuck with overcoming this challenge myself! Can't wait to see what 2013 will bring me! =)

Happy New year, good luck w/ organizing! =)

Oh man. I like to think I am a planner -- I love having a planner and writing things down and making lists...until it turns into post-it notes and scraps of paper everywhere! One of my pressing goals for 2013 is to increase my productivity -- less procrastination (funny that I am on here, right?)!

You and I are two peas in a pod. I'm in the "clean and organize everything" phase and I know I need to take advantage of it because I'll go back to my disorganized self by the end of the month! :)

Love that paper! I have to admit that I'm pretty organized... I am a planner and I thrive on to-do lists :) But, I do struggle to keep up exercising and discipline in a few areas of my life, so each year I try to re-vamp those areas...and usually fail. Here's to a year of sticking to an exercise and healthy eating plan! :)
