Hello Friday

First off, happy weekend! Secondly, thank you all so much for the birthday love yesterday. You know how to make a blogger feel special. Matt and I enjoyed a fantastic dinner alone last night at this amazing place. I had an ice cream sundae even though it was freezing! Hey, there are some things that need to be done on one's birthday. Tomorrow I am sneaking away for an hour to see Kirby try on wedding dresses! Eeek! Other than that...no plans. Hooray! :)

Before I go...I want to announce the winner of the Stella + Dot giveaway: Lindsay from Delighted Momma (one of my favorite blogs)! Congrats Lindsay!

Book recommendations to put on your current reading list.

I am itching to watch this documentary

Satisfaction in the New Year.

Fascinating: How humans developed a lactose tolerance.

Happy Belated Birthdays to my birthday blogging twins Meg and Erin!

Speaking of birthdays...isn't this party hat pinata the cutest?

Really excited to see Tina Fey and Amy Poehler at the Golden Globes on Sunday. Are you going to watch?

The sweetest little girls room!

And oh my goodness, how awesome is this tiger dress? Wish it was in my size!

Hope you all have wonderful weekends planned, see you all Monday. xo

Happy belated birthday, Alexa! And YES, a birthday sundae is a must no matter what the weather. Actually, it's never too cold for ice cream in my opinion ;)
