The Best Smoothie. Ever.

10/16/2012

I am the worst person at coming up with easy, healthy breakfasts. For starters I am usually not very hungry in the morning, yet I know I need to eat something, or else I face the wrath of the angry stomach around 10:30. Not cool. As such, I am a huge smoothie person. The only problem was finding something that could sustain me until lunch. In step the almonds. They are full of protein and fill me up more than just a fruit or even a fruit and veggie smoothie. This one has almond butter, almonds, milk, a banana, honey, almond extract and flaxseed. It is delicious. Trust me. For the full recipe go here (my new favorite foodie blog)!

P.S. Did you enter our giveaway yet for a sweet sparkly blouse?

Looks wonderful! I'm the same way it's so hard for me to eat in the morning I normally end up taking something into the office with me.

We just got a blender in the office, so between those two kitchens, I've got to give this smoothie a shot this week!

I'm totally doing the shake thing for breakfasts too these days so this is perfect for me! Lately my shakes consist of vanilla almond milk, peanutbutter, strawberries and bananas. Yum!

Less demanding solutions to trade or put money into currency
pairs than the stereotypical high leverage high-risk affair short-run variety pay day loans whenever we have
a loan, the lender releases the main amount only, whereas
what needs to get returned carries a financing fee also, money for which can be never taken into mind.

At the time that you draw out unique advance with longer advance tenors, you spend higher investment rates in spite in
the humbler monthly reimbursement rate http://Paydayloansonlinedurp.co.uk this will help you
save a good deal of your energy, money and
