Objets Trouves

Do you have any objets trouves lying around? The beau is always picking them up so we have a collection of shells on our bookshelf, a piece of driftwood on the windowsill in our bathroom, and this rock, my favorite, which acts as a doorstopper.

I have shells that I collect as well as sea glass. Its so fun, and it adds a little special touch to your home! love the rock miss!

i very much like that word- it sounds so romantic. mine is a bottle cap from a beer from one of my favorite dates with my boyfriend. he doesn't even know what it is when he sees it lying around our place- which i think makes it even more special to me :) it's like my own little secret

I love this! It's such a romantic idea. We have shells and some discarded furniture that I retrieved dumpster diving. That doesn't sound as lovely now, though!
