This weekend, Ian and I are driving up the coast for a weekend stay at Ojai Valley Inn & Spa. Despite our many trips to Santa Barbara, we've never been to nearby Ojai and I've heard nothing but good things about Ojai Valley Inn. We plan on hiking, wine tasting and maybe getting a massage but I'd love to hear some tips if you've been to the area. This place supposedly has the best strawberry shortcake.

I love Ojai and especially this hotel. Knew a lot of people who worked there, and know a lot of fun stories too. And you may or may not bump into people you usually see on the big screen, too. ;)

This is absolutely breath taking and now makes me want to stop for a night when im headed down south next weekend for my sisters 30th!

If you are into hiking, there are some fantastic hikes right around town. The Pratt trail is one of my favorites! The food at the Inn is great, but if you want to venture out hit up Azu or Feast Bistro! Amazing!
looks like such a great escape. i'm from sb, but rarely make it to ojai and think this is a reason to explore it!
I was there recently, you'll have such a great time! My favorite things about this resort is that there is a place to make gourmet s'mores - they bring you nice chocolates and marshmallows, it's really fun! Also, you can choose to do a little picnic which they set up for you overlooking a garden - it's really romantic and fun. I suggest it!

Tomatoes are in seasons at the inn so be sure to check out the tomato picking with the chef on Saturday! So tasty!
