But anyway I'm looking forward to a weekend of sleeping in, delicious breakfasts, wine at 6:00pm and Italian style dinners cooked by my Dad.
In today's Friday's Fancies, we are exploring Europe. Welcome to Amsterdam! Believe me, I was tempted to take you to Paris, but I figure if Matt and I are actually going to the City of Light this fall, you all will have plenty of Paris laterz. Everything above would be in my suitcase, although full disclosure: it's all mostly out of my price range, but this is my fantasy trip, okay?
Have any of you been to Amsterdam? Matt and I went in 2007. I loved the leaning houses stacked ontop of each other, the winding staircases, the outdoor music, the bikes and the um relaxed vibe that sort of wafts through the streets. ;)

I have been - but only for one morning. Had a cancelled flight and had to stay the night at the airport hotel (love that airport). We took the train into the city early in the morning and wandered for a few hours before we had to head back. SO wish we could have stayed longer. Looked amazing.
