Yo. What's Up Weekend?

FRIDAY! Seriously. That's how I feel. I am so happy it's the weekend. Mila has been so sick this week...she's finally getting better. And, moms, you know when your baby is sick and your other job doesn't exactly stop for you to get off? It's rough and it's rocky and sometimes waaay too overwhelming. And yet, everyday, I get up, see that chubby little face and those sweet curls and realize that it doesn't exactly matter if I'm playing catch-up with everything else. There, that's my little speech for the day.

What are you lovelies up to this weekend? We have zero plans. Zero. I'm stoked.

Here are your links:

Did you see Annemarie's new layout? I LOVE the blush and glitter. Perfection.

Jacquelyn's making peanut butter cookies?! Yum.

Natasha is getting ready to welcome her little boy soon! Yay babies!

So I think Matt and I are taking a vacation in November. Just the two of us. To one of my very favorite places in the whole world. Can you guess? Here's a hint. :)

Speaking of...don't you love these prints?

Oh and we have the coolest giveaway from Miles of Light. Enter here.

Annnd Happy Father's Day to all of your glorious Dads out there. Keep up the good work!

Also, my parents and brother and sister in-law are in Italy right now. You could probably say that I "left my heart in Florence, Italy." Sorry, San Francisco. The above snapshots are photos that Matt and I took when we were there in November 2006. Mi manchi, bella Firenze!

Gorgeous pictures! And i'm super jealous of your trip- but I may be a little bit more jealous of the fact that you are organized enough to find pictures from 2006!

I hope Mila feels better soon! No fun when they're sick :(

So happy to hear Mila's feeling better–I was laid out with food poisoning yesterday and I can't imagine making it through the day without John's careful nursing! Your no-plans weekend sounds AMAZING, and so does this upcoming trip–squeal!

So I wish I were going to Florence, but alas, I'll just be in Boston. Sigh. But I'll be BBQing it up and playing with some fun pups. Oh and running. Because apparently I have a race in a week. Yeesh.
