Dresses are my secret weapon for dressing for work. All you have to do is find the right shoes (neutrals are my go-to for summer), throw on some jewelry (I always go for a statement necklace) and you're done, yet because it's a dress it looks like you put a lot more effort in.

I totally agree about dresses – they always look like a lot more effort went into the outfit than actually did. And I find ease is so important in the summer when the heat makes me super lazy!
