Ah, summer. My favorite kind of days are ones where we spend the day at the beach and go straight from the sand to get drinks. This week's theme for Friday's Fancies is Beachy Chic, so created my ideal outfit to take you from the beach to the rooftop bar.
I've been eying this Emerson Fry Ikat Tunic for months. Even though the price tag is a bit high, it's perfect as a cover-up, as a tunic on its own, or even with white skinnies. I'd pair it with a coral bikini like this one from Mara Hoffman to show off my tan. These Dolce Vita sandals are comfy enough for the walk to the beach, but dressy enough for drinks; and I'd stash a clutch like this J. Crew Havana clutch in my Calypso beach bag so I don't have to lug around my sunscreen and Vogue later on.
