Copycat: Bee from Atlantic-Pacific

Copycat: Atlantic-Pacific

I am always inspired by Bee from Atlantic-Pacific, especially now that I am spending most of my days in an office after working from home for so long. Bee takes classic looks and makes them a little edgier - my kind of girl.

With a big work project on the horizon, I will be spending A LOT of time at the office in the next few weeks, but that doesn't mean I can't go straight from work to a holiday party. This look makes it possible. Another reason why I love Bee is that she mixes high and low fashion (her look above combines Chanel with Asos!). I found a few versions of the key pieces at different price points so you can re-create this look too:

1. Gingham shirt: J. Crew, Madewell
2. Pearl necklace: Aqua from Bloomingdale's
3. Sequin pencil skirt: Asos, Forever21
4. Quilted bag: Topshop, Kate Spade
5. Platform Mary Janes: Steve Madden, Urban Outfitters

I love Bee! She had me looking up sequin skirts after that post too. There were a few on ASOS, but none could arrive in time for my last CHristmas function unfortunately. Wore sequin leggings instead :)

Good heavens, YES. This woman is a fashion GENIUS, genius I say! I am constantly getting inspiration (and drooling all over my keyboard) from this girl! LOVE that sequin skirt...I think it's heading straight to the top of the christmas list (c:
