Unplugged

11/22/2011

I have five straight days off work starting tomorrow! And I've purchased two new books for the occasion: Haruki Murakami's IQ84, and Jeffrey Eugenides' The Marriage Plot. We're traveling to Mendocino county to see some of Ian's family and I can't wait to be unplugged for a few days!

I can't tell you how often I cry when a book ends -- even if it's not sad. It's hard to say goodbye to the characters!

I just ordered The Marriage Plot from Amazon. I loved Middlesex by Jeffrey Eugenides...I hope this one is just as good!

You're going to love the Marriage Plot! I wrote a little review of it on my blog if you want to check it out. I thought it was a really good read. Have a great Thanksgiving :-)
