{Ian and I both had the Shrimp & Grits with Andouille Sausage, Roasted Tomato, Cheese Grits}
{Steph had the Brick Roasted Chicken with Collard Greens, Dumplings, Natural Jus}
{Shane had the Salmon with White Beans, Garlic Spinach, Smoked Broth}
On Saturday night, our friends Steph and Shane came to see our new place and try a new restaurant: Union Kitchen & Tap. We'd heard good things, and it lived up to the hype. We arrived without a reservation on a Saturday night so it was packed, but we got a table after having a drink and the food was worth the wait.
