Pool Party

8/10/2011

It was Fiesta weekend in Santa Barbara during our girls getaway, and there were plenty of parties to celebrate the city's Spanish heritage. After a long breakfast, a walk on the beach and a few hours laying out and sipping margaritas, we stopped by a pool party at a house high up in the hills. Can you think of a better way to spend a Saturday afternoon?

Pool parties are simply the best, I have not been to one in a while, and I sure miss my parents huge pool, but then they moved and have a bay in their back yard...

Amaze. I am heading to SB next month for the first time since cheerleading camp in high school! Any restaurant recs for a group of 10? We're 31, not 21 ;)

Where are you staying HG? We were in Carpenteria so ate there and in Montecito but I have been to Santa Barbara as well and State Street is your best bet there. We may look 21 but are just starting to celebrate our 26th birthdays ;)

Looks like so much fun. Maybe my condo manager won't mind if I throw a huge party like this...something tells me the old folks won't approve. :)
