Friday Five

8/26/2011

{I took the train to Santa Barbara a few weeks ago. It had been years since I'd been to the train station and I forgot how beautiful the downtown train station is}

{And that's why F. Scott fell in love with her}
{Does anyone know where these bracelets are from? Have to have them!}

{I love candles, but can't light scented ones when we're cooking - we do live in a small-ish one bedroom apartment, after all. My solution? Tea lights in mason jars during dinnertime}
{Is everyone as excited about the September issues as I am?}
It's Friday!!!! It has been one busy week and I can't wait for a few days of downtime!

I love SB. Such a beautiful place, isn't it? And I'm really excited to sit down and read the September issues. I was planning on bringing them all to the beach this weekend but I guess I'll read them as I'm hunkering down in my apartment this weekend instead :)

Have a great one!

Tea lights in mason jars... brilliant. I'm guessing you have to have one of those long-reach lighter gadgets though, right? Otherwise, I don't know how you would get them lit. If there's some secret please tell me!
