Dinners Lately

{Carne asada tacos with grilled bell peppers and Ian's famous guacamole - washed down with margs}

{Chicken kebabs with french fries and salads. Simple but good}

{Grilled talapia with coconut rice and a salad with red onions and bell peppers}

{Grilled flank steak with sauteed veggies and twice baked potatoes.  I microwave the potatoes for  20 minutes, scoop out the insides, mix with lowfat cheese and a little butter, put back in and broil for 5 minutes. Much quick than baking them in the oven first!}

Can you tell we finally got propane for our little grill? We - or I should say Ian - has been grilling nearly every meal lately!
