Art & Architecture

Here are the last of our my photos from our visit to Stanford, which is the second largest college campus (according to our guide - Graham). I think the only thing I didn't get a picture of is Rodin's "Burghers of Calais," although we did see the famous sculptures.

How fun! I love visiting campuses. I wasn't a school lover, but one thing I do miss about college was just matriculating around campus. I'd love to visit Standford. The pics are great =)

Now Stanford knows how to do architecture. It's beautiful. All the universities I've attended had somewhat boring architecture, though good programs -- that made my times in those places worth it.

Love the Hanna House on campus. My grandma designed her house based on it. When she told the architect: "I love that redwood house on the Stanford campus" he said, "Miss, that's Frank Lloyd Wright, you have incredible taste." :)

Beautiful architecture. Stanford knows how to do it right that is for sure! I love the ivy creeping up the side of the building against the orange of the spanish style architecture.
