I would love to take the opportunity to introduce you to another one of The Short and the Sweet of It's sponsors. Central Station Pilates is a pilates studio located in Oakland run by the talented Amy Redmond Waran. Amy received her Bachelor of Arts in degree in dance from UC Santa Cruz and went onto to receive her Masters in Choreography and Performance from the University of Hawaii. She opened up her pilates studio in spring of last year and is welcoming new clients. If you're lucky enough to live in the beautiful Bay Area be sure to book a session with Amy!

P.S. Doesn't that Samba Mat Class look like so much fun? What a fun way to get in shape.

What a great sentiment, it's taking me a while to learn that. I'm several hours from Oakland, but the class looks awesome.

I wish reformer classes weren't so dang expensive! My MIL is getting her pilates certification so I'm hoping for some free sessions ;)
