Have a Fantastic Weekend!

Hello darlings! What are you up to this weekend? Matt and I are playing it pretty low key, although we both might be running 5Ks. I should say Matt most definitely is running and I am most likely not. There you have it...I still haven't gotten too stoked about exercising. But my excuse about just having a baby is sort of getting old. Sigh. Perhaps I will go buy a new pair of running shoes...nothing like looking stylish to put a little flight in the feet!

Also, don't you love this photo? I can't stop staring at it.

Our winner of the Hump Day giveaway is: Ami!! Congrats and just contact us with your email address!

Other fun things from around the web:

I would just die to have
this wine cellar! Pretty sure Matt would too.
snake print shirt that I actually might buy.
light switches would be great for a kid's room, or an adult's who pretends she's a kid.
hedgehogs need coffee too.
dreamy wedding.

That photo is beautiful and I'm loving your blog! New follower here for sure! I'm so with you on the jogging. I usually run for about 5 minutes and then call it a work out, haha. I'd much rather play tennis, skate or do something fun than to jog. :)

Have a great weekend!

I am laughing as I write this because I am still using the "just had a baby excuse" and it is 1 year later. When do you ever recover from being tired? haha I live in Southern California, as well. Super happy to have discovered your blog. Have a lovely weekend! xo Samantha

Hey you two: glad to see I'm not the only one slacking on the jogging! Ha. Vintage...I have a feeling I'll just be tired for the rest of my life. Sigh...

Your post made me giggle a bit-my sweetheart's running shoes were stolen months ago and we still haven't replaced them! I'm delighted to meet both you and your blog, and can't wait to dive into your archives!

love this pic! and i don't blame you...the thought of running a 5K is overwhelming. i just don't enjoy running that much. i DO love interval training though, especially because i can stay home for it!

What a beautiful photo!! I am totally the same about exercise, it's my least favorite thing ever. I say milk the excuse (and it's a good one!) for as long as you possibly can :p

Beautiful picture! I so agree with you, jogging can be so dull sometimes! Recently I switched to the stationary bike, at least I can read a book while I work out ;) so much more fun!
