{Glazed salmon with broccoli rice from Real Simple - Ian said it was one of the best dishes I have ever made and it was so easy!}
{Cheesy baked pasta with spinach and artichokes from Real Simple. We had it for lunch the next day and agreed it was better the second day!}
{Grilled beef and pepper fajitas from Real Simple. We usually make pollo asada or turkey tacos so I decided to try something different}

Here are a few new recipes I have tried lately, all from Real Simple. The website makes it easy to search by main ingredients, course and convenience. Chicken and vegetable pot pie is next on my list of recipes to try so stay tuned!

Thanks for the omega 3 dinner. Here is my favorite that is a take from Nobu and low in sugar:

1/2 cup of Yellow or White Miso Paste
1/2 cup of Mirin
2 Tablespoons of Agave
1 1/2 lb of Black Cod, Salmon or Sea bass

1. Place the miso, agave and mirin in a bowl and whisk to combine.
2. Pour over the fish, cover, refrigerate and marinate for 30 minutes (can be marinated up to 24 hours).
3. Preheat oven broiler to high.
4. Remove from marinade and place on a foil lined cookie sheet.
5. Broil fish 6 inches from the heat source for 8-10 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
