Short & Sweet blog works with third-party affiliates and advertising companies to serve advertisers. These companies may use aggregated information (not including your name, address, email, or telephone number) about your visits to this website in order to provide advertisements about products and services that may be of interest specifically to you. In some cases, advertisers have agreed to pay me a commission if a purchase is made after a reader clicks on the link. Additionally, I will sometimes share affiliate links of retailers I personally support via Facebook or Twitter. You are under no obligation to click through when shopping online, but if you do it will be supporting Short & Sweet Blog as well.
From time to time, I also feature sponsored posts for which I either receive a product for review or monetary compensation. These will always be labeled as “sponsored.” All opinions expressed here are my own. As I feel passionately about remaining true and reliable to my readers, it should be noted that all of the products that I feature are ones I either have or would buy myself.

Ian and I leave for a four-day trip to New Orleans on Friday! We have never been and can't wait to explore NOLA. We are staying in the French Quarter so if any of you have been and have suggestion for restaurants, bars, tours or all of the above I would love to hear them!
I LOVE NOLa! Went there in college to visit a girlfriend. Most of it was a blur, but it was a blast! Tons of yummy food & drink- be sure to eat a beinget! (I think I got the spelling correct... so yummy!) Have so much fun!

Yes - beignets! And lots of hot chocolate! And as much live music and dancing as your body can handle! :)
Have so much fun!!! Let's grab dinner and drinks when you get back!
You're going to have a blast. Can't wait to see pics and hear all about it over coffee.
