Central Station Pilates

12/29/2010

I believe I may have mentioned my friend Amy in some previous posts. She was the beautiful bride this past September where Matt and I served as officiants. She was also my college roommate, one of my very best friends and is also one of the most talented and graceful dancers that I've ever seen.

The good news for all of you living in the Bay Area (I am very upset that I am not) is that she's recently opened a pilates studio in Oakland and is offering clients some great deals for the new year. Sign up for the eight week mat series staring on January 3rd or opt for a private reformer session.

Here's some other incentives that will make you want to check out Central Station Pilates:
The first private reformer session is free.
Motivate a friend to sign up for the eight week mat series and get 50 percent off of your tuition, motivate four friends and have the entire cost waived.

Amy's classes are small and the environment is intimate, so you are guaranteed to not have any unnecessary distractions.

My greatest encouragement for you to check out Central Station Pilates is that Amy is a great teacher. She's taught me quite a bit over the past eleven years and she's always my first consultant whenever I have a question about getting into shape. And isn't that everyone's New Year's resolution?

Nooo! Have her open a branch in SD! :) I'd love to try Pilates but don't want to toss money at a stranger who may (or may not) be gypping me!
